Biography

Dr. Darwish is a board-certified radiation oncologist at Affiliated Oncologists’ Oak Lawn and Mokena locations. After completing his medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Dr. Darwish went on to an internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago – Advocate Christ Medical Center. He then completed a radiation oncology residency at Loyola University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident in his final year.

Dr. Darwish is committed to the advancement of medical care and has published research in several peer-reviewed publications, including Arthroscopy, Journal of Hip Preservation Surgery, and The American Journal of Sports Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Darwish enjoys spending time with his family, trail running, Chicago sports, reading, and experiencing new restaurants and live music.
